Jeremiah

Veterinary Assistant

Jeremiah was born in Connecticut, which is where he was first introduced to animals. Since his father raised American Pit Bull Terriers, Jeremiah was exposed to observing the behavior of animals at a very early age. As he grew, Jeremiah assisted his father with the duties of walking, bathing, feeding and training the dogs. He also educated himself to learn more about dogs by reading books and discussing their behavior with other pet owners and professionals. Since then, Jeremiah has had a growing passion for animals, especially dogs. Upon graduation from high school, Jeremiah completed various courses from the Professional Development Institute, and in 2003 he received a diploma in Animal Care. Jeremiah previously completed an internship at Buena Vista Road Animal Hospital and 8 years later remains a valued member of the team. He is currently undergoing further study in dog obedience training through Asworth College.
